Responsible for integrating security practices within the development and operations processes to ensure the delivery of secure, high-quality solutions.

This critical role combines technical expertise in software development, system administration, and cybersecurity to automate security measures, promote security awareness in technical teams, and address challenges in a dynamic development environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle with minimal disruption.

• Implement and maintain security tools and practices across the CI/CD pipeline.

• Conduct automated and manual security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.

• Manage cloud-based infrastructures with an emphasis on security, using containerization and orchestration tools.

• Develop, enforce, and monitor security policies and procedures.

• Monitor security systems for incidents and vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents.

• Provide training and support to teams on security best practices and tools.

• Stay updated with the latest security threats, technologies, and trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related job experience.

• Proven experience in DevOps, security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Comprehensive technical expertise in a variety of DevSecOps toolkits.

• Familiarity with information security frameworks and standards.

• Knowledge of DevOps Automation.

• Knowledge of SIEM, SOC, Nesus, Crowd strike, or similar services.

• Familiarity with API Security, Container Security, and AWS Cloud Security.

• Experience with security standards and frameworks (OWASP, NIST, ISO27001).

• Familiarity with Amazon AWS policy, configuration, and security management tools.

• Experience with security automation and machine learning.

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to express technical information clearly at different organizational levels.

• CISM, CISSP, or other Security Certifications.

• Auditing and Compliance Certifications such as CISA, PCI-ISA, and PCIP.
