Role Overview

The Operations Analyst is a key player in supporting Snoonu’s strategic objectives by providing data-driven insights and analyses to drive operational improvements. This role involves working closely with various business units to analyze performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities across different business units.

• Develop and maintain data models in Excel and utilize programming languages (Python preferred) to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from the Data Warehouse (DWH).

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their operational challenges and support them in implementing improvement initiatives.

• Assist in the design and implementation of operational processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Prepare and present analytical reports, highlighting findings and actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

• Support the Senior Operations Analyst and other team members in executing larger operational improvement projects.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical tools and methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role, preferably in the delivery or logistics industry.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with programming languages for data analysis (Python preferred).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
