Job Description

The Admin and HR Manager will be responsible for managing all administrative and human resources functions within the company. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and supplies.

  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

  4. Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation and training programs.

  5. Administer and manage employee benefits, including insurance plans, leave policies, and employee assistance programs.

  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  7. Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  8. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

  9. Coordinate and oversee employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and supervisors.

  10. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure HR policies are in compliance.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.

  3. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

  4. Experience in recruitment and selection processes.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  10. Attention to detail and accuracy.
