Key Accountabilities:Accurate Product Preparation:
Analysis: Ensuring batches are prepared accurately according to approved recipes with meticulous documentation.
Importance: Maintains product consistency and quality, crucial for meeting production and customer standards.
Equipment Preparation and Cleaning:
Analysis: Implementing cleaning, sterilizing, and preparation procedures for all mixing and processing equipment.
Importance: Prepares equipment for production, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Quality Control and Inspections:
Analysis: Conducting inspections and quality control checks throughout the mixing and processing stages.
Importance: Monitors product quality, identifies deviations, and ensures compliance with specifications.
Monitoring and Reporting Abnormal Events:
Analysis: Hourly inspections to detect abnormalities, document events, and report to team leaders.
Importance: Prevents operational disruptions and maintains continuous production flow.
Safety and Compliance:
Analysis: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and hygiene practices (GHPs).
Importance: Promotes a safe working environment and compliance with regulatory standards.
Training and Development:
Analysis: Training and coaching new operators, potentially acting as a team leader.
Importance: Builds team competency and ensures operational continuity through knowledge transfer.
Skills and Job Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with technical school background.
Analysis: Provides foundational education essential for technical understanding and operational execution.
Experience: 5-7 years in a large dairy processing unit, with specific experience in TetraPak, Alfa Laval, or GEA equipment.
Analysis: Demonstrates extensive hands-on experience and specialized knowledge in dairy processing equipment.
Technical Expertise:
Analysis: Strong knowledge of processing principles including recombining, pasteurizing, homogenization, and aseptic transfer.
Importance: Essential for executing operations with precision and efficiency.
Work Schedule Flexibility:
Analysis: Ability to work varying shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends) to support production needs.
Importance: Ensures availability during critical production periods, maintaining operational continuity.
Language Skills:
Analysis: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with knowledge of Arabic as an advantage.
Importance: Facilitates effective communication in a diverse work environment.
