Key responsibilities
Organize and maintain personnel records.
Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or annual leave).
Draft letters and correspondence.
Handle employees' visa processes such as renewal, transfer, and visit visas.
Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
Skills
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator.
Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
Computer literacy (MS Office applications).
Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
