Job Description

Our company is a leading player in industrial production, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team and support our human resources and recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain personnel records.

  • Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or annual leave).

  • Draft letters and correspondence.

  • Handle employees' visa processes such as renewal, transfer, and visit visas.

  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).

  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.

  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator.

  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications).

  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
