Senior Contract Analyst

The Contracts Manager is responsible for performing tender and contract analysis to develop and prepare tenders/contracts, supported by effective tendering and pricing strategies, ensuring the best value for the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Tender and Contract Preparation:

• Facilitate, develop, and prepare contracts with effective tendering and compensation strategies.

• Analyze and formulate the best tendering strategy and control tendering activities for timely award to the right contractor.

• Analyze tender/contract requirements, discuss with end users, and develop suitable tender strategies, scope reviews, pricing schedules, and tender issues.

• Prepare tender committee recommendations for various stages of approval.

II. Tender Process Coordination:

• Coordinate the completion of the tendering process and obtain approvals for tender documents.

• Prepare large complex tender packages, including formulation of pricing strategy.

• Coordinate pre-bid clarification meetings/site visits and resolve technical, contractual, and commercial queries.

• Facilitate the bid evaluation process, price negotiations, and contract terms with bidders to obtain the best value for the Company.

• Assist in the development and updating of the demand plan and organize contracts alignment meetings.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Management discipline, or other relevant degree.

Knowledge and/or Experience:

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a contracts management environment within the oil and gas industry.

Skills and Competencies:

• Good knowledge of Contract laws and industry practices.

• Technical knowledge in reviewing and preparing technical Contracts.
