Plant Operations Excellence Specialist

As an OE SME, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and process safety within our Operations Group. You will leverage your expertise to identify areas for improvement, implement impactful initiatives, and ensure best practices are followed.

Here's what you'll do:

• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor on OE and process safety within your assigned area, resolving operational issues and optimizing performance.

• Program Development: Champion and lead the implementation of OE initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering sustainable results.

• Knowledge Sharing: Conduct workshops and training programs to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve operational excellence.

• Best Practice Champion: Identify and implement best practices that position our Operations Group as an industry leader.

• Cultural Change Catalyst: Lead the rollout of "Heart and Mind" programs to foster a positive and safety-focused work environment.

• Performance Measurement: Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish tracking mechanisms, and analyze data to measure progress.

• Initiative Implementation: Coordinate the execution of critical OE initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.

• Training & Development: Contribute to the development of structured training programs to enhance the OE competency of our workforce.

• Documentation & Procedures: Assist in developing and maintaining Operations Group and asset-level procedures related to OE initiatives.

• Technology Champion: Develop and maintain OE-related IT tools to support data collection, reporting, and analysis.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (required).

• 8+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Operations and Maintenance, with a proven track record in implementing OE and process safety programs.

• Strong understanding of OE principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
