Job Description
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes (Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring, and Onboarding employees etc.)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Systemize and track the hiring processes with ERP system.
Coordinate local and international recruitment processes and support expatriate employees and their families with relocation arrangements.
Extend and negotiate offers to candidates
The Center aims to enhance and support the defense and security orientations of the Kingdom; it conducts and develops qualitative and technical research related to defense, security, and strategic fields according to the plans and strategies developed by the general authority for military industries.
