Job Description
OnePath Network, a leading Islamic digital media platform, is seeking a dynamic Product Manager – Website & Mobile Applications to lead the development, growth, and optimisation of our digital platforms.
This role will focus on the strategic management of OnePath’s Network's website and mobile applications, driving user engagement, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring that our platforms remain innovative, high-performing, and user-centric.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies, leading product development efforts, optimising performance, and ensuring all digital platforms align with OnePath’s mission. Vendor management for ongoing web and mobile app development is a critical part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website & Mobile App Development
Lead the strategic development and optimisation of OnePath Network’s website and mobile applications across iOS and Android.
Work with external vendors to manage new feature development, regular updates, bug fixes, and performance optimisation for both platforms.
Ensure a seamless, mobile-responsive experience across platforms, with a focus on high performance, security, and scalability.
Implement and maintain best practices for SEO, site speed, and mobile app performance, ensuring the website remains competitive in search rankings and delivers a seamless user experience across all devices.
2. Product Roadmap & Growth Strategy
Develop and manage the product roadmaps for both the website and mobile apps, aligning them with OnePath’s business objectives and audience needs.
Drive the growth of website traffic and mobile app downloads through innovative feature development, enhanced user experience, and strategic initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities such as personalisation, push notifications, and content recommendations to boost user engagement, retention, and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing to implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and UX improvements to drive sign-ups, engagement, and retention.
3. Vendor Management
Act as the primary liaison with external web development and mobile app development vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and budget adherence.
Negotiate contracts, manage ongoing relationships, and ensure vendors are held accountable for delivering high-quality, on-time results.
Conduct regular reviews with vendors to track progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal product delivery and performance.
4. User Experience & Optimisation
Conduct user research and analyse user feedback to continually optimise both the website and mobile apps for a better user experience.
Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and other platforms to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Implement user-centric features such as improved navigation, enhanced search functionality, and personalised content to increase user satisfaction and engagement.
Prioritise accessibility and performance enhancements, ensuring that the platform is inclusive and easy to navigate for all users.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and marketers, to execute product strategies that support the organisation's broader goals.
Ensure that digital products deliver consistent branding, voice, and message across all platforms.
Regularly report on the status of product initiatives, KPIs, and growth metrics to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
6. Growth and Engagement Strategies
Develop and execute strategies to drive organic growth through SEO optimisation, content enhancement, and leveraging social media integration to attract new users.
Implement data-driven growth strategies for mobile apps, focusing on increasing app downloads, user engagement, and app store ratings.
Lead efforts to integrate push notifications, email campaigns, and in-app messaging to retain users and drive engagement.
Drive initiatives for content monetization and other revenue-generating features, ensuring the website and apps contribute to OnePath’s financial goals.
7. Technical Project Management
Manage and refine workflows for product development, feature rollouts, and ongoing technical support using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Own the development of user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management, ensuring effective communication between the internal team and external development vendors.
Ensure all products are launched with thorough testing, minimising downtime and maximising the reliability of the platform.
Key Skills and Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, with proven success in managing WordPress websites and mobile applications.
Demonstrated success in driving growth, improving user engagement, and leading feature development across digital platforms.
Proven track record of managing vendor relationships for outsourced web and mobile development projects.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in WordPress for website management, including plugin management, performance optimisation, and security best practices.
Proficiency in mobile app ecosystems for both iOS and Android, with an understanding of app store optimisation (ASO).
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Firebase, and A/B testing tools.
Experience in managing CRO (conversion rate optimisation) and improving site performance and user flows.
Growth & Strategy:
Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that align with organisational goals, focusing on traffic acquisition, user retention, and engagement.
Proven experience in implementing data-driven decisions to enhance platform performance and scalability.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and their impact on product performance.
