SharePoint EPPM Consultant

Nair Systems is seeking a skilled SharePoint EPPM Consultant to lead a critical project migration from SharePoint to OpenText PPM. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of data and processes.

What You'll Do

• Data Mapping & Extraction:

  • Identify and map corresponding SharePoint lists to relevant entities within OpenText PPM.

  • Utilize APIs, SQL queries, and SharePoint views to extract project data (allocations, forecasts, timesheets) for migration.

  • Generate and validate data extracts from various SharePoint lists.

  • Collaborate with OpenText PPM resources to create accurate mapping files.

• Migration Support:

  • Assist OpenText specialists in creating upload files from extracted data and mapping configurations.

  • Provide technical expertise throughout the migration process to ensure data integrity and successful transfer.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a SharePoint consultant with expertise in Enterprise Project Management (EPPM) functionalities.

• Strong understanding of SharePoint data structures, lists, views, and API capabilities.

• Familiarity with SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

• Experience working with data migration tools and processes (a plus).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
