Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review tender documents to understand client requirements.
Identify and clarify discrepancies with Sales and Export departments.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations Director, Estimation Engineers, Engineering Head) to select the most suitable design, materials, brands, and equipment for proposals.
Issue RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to suppliers.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and technical solutions.
Maintain and organize submittal files (ISO certificates, licenses, authorizations, etc.).
Evaluate sub-component proposals from suppliers to identify the optimal solution.
Prepare bid documents, including estimation sheets, commercial offers, technical specifications, drawings, and compliance sheets.
Develop strategies to improve pricing and proposals for re-tenders.
Oversee and support team members during their absences.
Uphold the company's ethical business practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
