Job Description

Kintlogix LLC, a well-established logistics company based in Dubai, is currently seeking Office Assistants to join our team. We welcome both freshers and experienced individuals who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the office.
  

• Assist in data entry tasks such as inputting customer information, updating records, and maintaining databases.
  

• Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
  

• Coordinate office maintenance and supplies.
  

• Assist in scheduling meetings.
  

• Interact with customers and clients professionally, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  

Requirements

Educational Qualification: High School Diploma or Degree in any field.

Experience Level: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of office equipment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and find solutions independently or with minimal supervision.
