Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
Develop event proposals, including budget, timeline, and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and equipment.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodation.
Create event timelines and schedules, ensuring all key milestones are met.
Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place and properly executed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all event elements.
Manage event budgets and track expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Oversee event registration and attendee management processes.
Provide on-site event management, handling any issues or emergencies that may arise.
Preferred Candidate:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management.
Experince in Non-Profit Organizations or NGO's.
Saudi Nationality only
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Knowledge of event planning software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing event requirements.
