Responsibilities:·
Craft and communicate a captivating artistic direction for each project that aligns seamlessly with the brand’s identity.·
Provide precise guidance and inspiration to ensure the work reflects the brand’s vision and objectives effectively.·
Lead the entire artistic process, from budgeting and scheduling to resources management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.·
Cultivate a collaborative environment to enhance creative outcomes.
Uphold exceptional standards of artistic excellence, ensuring all creative outputs meet the brand’s exacting quality and brand standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in fine arts, visual arts, graphic design, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.·
Proven experience as an art director or in a similar creative leadership role, ideally within the luxury sector.·
Strong artistic vision and a refined aesthetic sensibility, demonstrating a deep understanding and appreciation for luxury.·
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards creative excellence.·
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and practices.
