Key responsibilities
Lead Hotelier Middle East’s editorial content across digital, social, video, print and events.
Plan, write, edit and commission content towards an editorial calendar, ensuring daily, weekly and monthly content goals and targets are met.
Drive and deliver audience growth across Hotelier Middle East’s digital and social platforms.
Collaborate with Editors on sister titles, including Caterer Middle East, to identify new content opportunities across brands.
Use ITP Media Group’s analytics tools to compile weekly reports on content performance, identifying trends / patterns, and using insights to inform future content strategy.
Work with a central video department to develop Hotelier Middle East’s video proposition across social platforms.
Work with a central events department to deliver exceptional annual Awards properties and ad-hoc events across the region and identify new activations that add value to our brands, audience and clients.
Support the Group Editor and Editorial Director by acting as a senior editorial face of ITP Media Group’s Hospitality division – externally by establishing strong relationships in the industry, and internally by developing a strong reputation for project management and collaboration.
Support Hotelier Middle East’s commercial team by collaborating on projects that assist with revenue growth.
Occasionally attend events outside of office hours.

Experience & qualifications
At least two years in a senior editorial role, or equivalent.
Hands-on multimedia experience (digital, social, video, print).
Experience working with a CMS and SEO tools, as well as Adobe InDesign.
Understanding of the Middle East’s dynamic, diverse cultural identity and hospitality sector
