Job Description

  • Interacting with customers and informing them about the services offered through spiels via calls, email and in person with walk-in clients.

  • Exhibiting courtesy, empathy, and respect in all customer interactions.

  • Provide feedback on company policies and procedures to the clients. Ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations.

  • Creating a reliable and trustworthy relationship by being honest and transparent on the company’s policies.

  • Daily follow-up calls to clients with the objective to strengthen our retention initiatives.

  • Addressing and solving client problems quickly and effectively by coordinating with counsellors or instructors in charge.

  • Gather feedback during these interactions, documents for reference and present reports based on this.

  • Tailoring interactions to meet the specific needs and preferences of each customer to continuously improving the quality of service to exceed customer expectations.

  • Compile and deliver timely reports.

  • Propose new streamline processes to provide timely and effective service to clients.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute (from Customer Service Roles like hospitality, public relations, media, commerce or any equivalent field)

  • Customer Service Associates with experience are eligible to apply for this role.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (customer facing or client servicing roles preferred.)

  • Skilled professional with a decent understanding of solving customer problems to offer appropriate solutions.

  • Adapt in using customer relationship management software to offer the best client services.

  • Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers.

  • Commendable presentation skills to convey important points to the audience effectively.

  • Thorough understanding of setting priorities for a task to comply with the set deadlines and responsibilities.

  • Well-versed in handling digital tools and modern computer hardware.

  • Female candidate is a priority for this position.

  • Excellent communication in English (oral and written).

  • Should possess a pleasing personality.

  • Self-starter

  • Quick Learner

  • Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Open to take up new challenges.
