Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions

• Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards, social media, networking) to attract a diverse pool of candidates

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and source potential candidates

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management

Preferred Candidate:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proactive and self-motivated
