Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Plan and manage the ordering of stocks in a timely and efficient manner to meet demand and priority
Compile data sources, such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions and accounting reports, and writes, enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping or other records.
Liase with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve disparities in ordering process
Create and maintain asset control logs to account for all equipment received
Liase and manage perishables budget ( including photographs for children's learning and development profile books)
Work with Headmistress to produce cost effective budgets for stocks for all of the Nursery requirements, keep accurate and updated records to monitor usage.
Provide administrative support as required.
Produce a weekly maintenance list of nursery and ensure maintenance issues are addressed
Any other tasks requested by the management
Requirements:
Good in MS Office
Strong numerical and IT skills
Experience in stock handling and stock takes
Experience working in accounting environment
