IT Trainee

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in various IT functions while supporting a successful team.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand project requirements to complete assigned tasks effectively.

• Shadow senior IT staff, ask questions, and actively assist with ongoing projects.

• Identify and raise potential concerns, proposing solutions for improvement.

• Conduct research and travel to relevant sites as needed.

• Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

• Participate in team meetings, attend workshops, and actively engage in training initiatives.

• Analyze data and prepare reports according to established specifications.

• Take clear and concise notes, sharing your findings with your supervisor and other stakeholders.

• Build positive working relationships with team members.

• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, diligence, and eagerness to learn.
