Job Description

* To oversee progress of branch sales and ensure achievement of departmental budgets/ targets.

  • Maintain healthy relations with suppliers and ensure compliance of Franchisee Agreement.

  • Project stock levels and replenishment considering market situation and lead time from factories.

  • New product introduction and launches in market.

  • To visit existing clients and prospects in order to maintain/ further Al Khaleej's business relations with its partners.

  • Analyzing market intelligence and appropriate positioning of products

  • Formulation of sales strategies and business plan.

  • Demonstrate and explain new Technologies and Products to customers in order to establish edge over competition and to offer solutions to customers.

  • Lead sales team towards achieving individual and collective targets, their performance monitoring/ evaluation.
