Job Description:

  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Flowserve pumps, seals, and other equipment across various industries (oil & gas, chemical, nuclear, etc.).

  • Provide real-time technical support and recommendations for repairs, upgrades, and replacements.

  • Actively troubleshoot problems and implement solutions at customer facilities.

  • Build strong customer relationships and represent Flowserve professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service requests and make direct on-site visits.

  • Diagnose mechanical problems and take prompt corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with customer personnel and lead work crews as needed.

  • Oversee the entire equipment repair cycle, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly.

  • Ensure successful and timely equipment installation.

  • Verify equipment functionality before startup and assess performance.

  • Monitor Flowserve equipment performance and maintenance needs.

  • Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures for Flowserve products.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including repair centers, customer service, and sales engineering.

  • Maintain accurate and organized service records, including daily reports, job quotes, completed jobs, and time & materials logs.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in field service or similar role.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Active driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to travel extensively, potentially including international travel.

  • Willingness to work overtime as required to minimize customer impact.

  • Excellent physical condition with the ability to:

    • Lift up to 50 lbs / 25 kg frequently.

    • Ascend/descend ladders and staircases.

    • Climb, reach, and maneuver around large equipment, often in outdoor environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Professional certifications in relevant fields.

    • Experience collaborating with unfamiliar teams.
