  • Strong warehouse management skills.

  • Strong parts retail development abilities.

  • Stock control skills.

  • Computer skills (SAP & Oracle ideal).

  • Experienced team management abilities.

  • Manage parts distribution process and systems.

  • Carry out modern inventory Audits frequently.

  • Ability to identify and be proactive on parts business development opportunities.

  • Build relations with parts buyers in the market.

  • Delivery of fast parts solutions to the service department and corporate customers.

  • Ensure accurate and timeous parts quotations to potential customers.

  • Control prices and invoicing procedures.

  • Manage return stock complications.

  • Employ, develop, retain, and motivate a strong parts support team.

  • Design motivational incentive packages for the parts team.

  • Negotiate with various parts suppliers on stock and Pricing.

  • Train the parts team to discuss and sell our parts professionally.

  • Carry out annual appraisals of parts staff.

  • Ensure no opportunities that could lead to stock variances.

  • Manage efficient inventory availability.
