Network Planning Analyst

Etihad Cargo is seeking a Network Planning Analyst to optimize the cargo network of Etihad Airways, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and alignment with the broader strategy of Etihad Aviation Group. As a Network Planning Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including freighter operations, maintenance, scheduling, and passenger network planning, to optimize fleet utilization and capacity introduction or adjustments. Your responsibilities will include providing cargo inputs on passenger aircraft proposals, implementing corrective measures for optimal capacity utilization, and utilizing network modeling tools to assess the impact of capacity changes.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to optimize fleet utilization in the short and long term.

• Coordinate with passenger network planning to understand cargo needs and requirements.

• Provide cargo inputs on passenger aircraft proposals to ensure revenue optimization.

• Propose and implement corrective measures for optimal cargo and belly capacities utilization.

• Utilize network modeling tools to assess the impact of capacity changes.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of airline experience in network planning/scheduling.

• Bachelor's degree/post-graduate studies (preferred) in a relevant discipline.

• Strategic planning and deep analytical skills.

• Negotiation and advocacy skills.
