We're seeking a superstar Certified International Specialist to join our "Insanely Customer Centric" team in Bahrain! As the face of our company, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Manage daily mail and deliveries.

• Maintain a clean, organized reception area with necessary supplies.

• Provide accurate information to visitors and callers.

• Uphold office security by monitoring access and issuing visitor badges.

• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.

• Schedule meetings and manage calendars.

• Arrange travel and accommodations.

• Track and record office expenses.

• Perform essential clerical tasks like filing, copying, and faxing.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Basic computer skills.
