Position: Certified International Specialist

Your Role:

• Provide exceptional customer service, understanding that all DHL customers require express delivery.

• Follow Gateway clearance procedures outlined in the manual to comply with GSOP procedures and safe working practices.

• Provide daily updates on clearance status of shipments held in customs for clearance on ACA.

• Create daily check points for network visibility using appropriate exception codes.

• Track and trace shipments according to DHL's network trace standards, investigating undelivered, returned, delayed, lost, damaged, and held shipments thoroughly.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all departments, DHL network, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers on transit times, clearance delays, custom paperwork requirements, packing, accounting, and sales queries.

• Highlight recurring problems manifested through traces and direct information for prompt corrective actions.

Your Profile:

• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

• Strong educational background, with knowledge of the service industry preferred.

• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced working environment.

• Adherence to policies and procedures.

• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.

• Effective team contribution in a busy environment.
