Construction Manager Oil & Gas

Archirodon is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this critical role, you will:

• Lead & Inspire: Provide leadership to a team of Section Heads and Engineers, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

• Construction Management Expertise: Manage all facets of construction activities, including subcontractors, personnel, and adherence to all safety protocols, standards, and procedures.

• Client Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring their complete satisfaction throughout the construction and completion phases.

• Project Planning & Support: Collaborate with Project Management during the initial planning stages and actively participate in constructability reviews and 3D modeling sessions.

• Team Building & Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performing construction team environment.

• Quality & Schedule Management: Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to project specifications, drawings, budgets, and timeframes.

• Effective Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication, providing regular progress reports to the project team.

• Change Management: Effectively manage the RFI (Request for Information) and change order process in the field, including assisting with change order preparation.

• Detailed Documentation: Maintain meticulous project records, documenting any delays and potential project impacts.

• Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of construction management systems, processes, and tools.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (ideally Civil or Mechanical).

• Minimum 20 years of total experience, with at least 7 years specifically in Oil & Gas construction projects.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction management systems, processes, and tools.

• Previous experience in EPC projects with ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) or a similar entity is highly preferred.

• Prior experience working with leading EPC contractors is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with all stages of an EPC project, including engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, is a plus.
