QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous support to all users on Archirodon's Quality Systems, raising IT tickets, and encouraging the continuous improvement of our policies, procedures, and forms.

• Raise awareness of Process Governance.

• Support QLT Project Teams on Workflow Automation tool.

• Update existing training material and develop additional ones regarding QLT workflows, documentation, and awareness campaigns.

• Organize series of meetings with Departments & Divisions, supporting them in the development of their Business Continuity Plan.

• Collect and register common findings from audits, maintain the database, and facilitate process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy Civil / Electrical Engineering.

• Certified and registered IRCA Lead Auditor in ISO 9001.

• 12 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong background in O&G projects (previous experience with ADNOC projects will be an added advantage).

• Strong knowledge and experience in leading Project Quality audits.

• Strong coordination and reporting skills.

• Well-versed in preparation of QA documentation - Manual, procedures, audit checklists, audit reports, hands-on in performing quality audits, and adept in NCR disposition and closeout. Should be able to review quality metrics and evaluate performance data. Familiar with preparation and submission of Quality reports.
