Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Wadi, Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in managing a restaurant and a strong passion for the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
Monitor and analyze financial data to maximize profitability and control costs
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff
Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and achieve performance targets
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the restaurant's reputation
Preferred Candidate:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends
Ability to create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
