Job Description
The HRBP drives the design and delivery of a business-linked Human Capital Strategy aligned with the entity's objectives. They are accountable for delivering HR operational metrics and partnering with other HR practice lines to ensure relevancy of programs and initiatives. HRBPs serve as a bridge between corporate HR and site management and employees, ensuring HR strategies align with site-specific needs.
Job Description:
Represent HR at the site, managing the relationship between HR and Operations.
Ensure effective delivery of HR programs and services, monitoring their effectiveness and engaging with HC service delivery for issue resolution.
Accountable for strategic talent management, collaborating with Centers of Expertise and Service Delivery Leadership.
Collaborate with other HCBP Leads to determine common approaches and identify synergies.
Work collaboratively with other HC teams and the broader business partner team.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances and exits.
Mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Create and maintain Organization Charts for the practice line.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
HR certification such as CIPD, PHR, or SHRM is preferable.
Minimum 5-8 years of HR service delivery experience, including Employee relations, HC business partnerships, and knowledge of country labor laws.
Leadership, decision-making, process excellence, teamwork, visionary, planning and organizing, cultural awareness, and problem-solving skills.
