Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Arrangements and Logistics:
Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews including scheduling, venue booking, and transportation arrangements
Manage airline ticket bookings and hotel accommodations for candidates arriving from abroad as necessary
Liaise with candidates to provide guidance on interview logistics, locations, and any other pertinent information
Book suitable interview venues ensuring availability and suitability for the interviewing process.
Ensure all necessary facilities and arrangements are in place, including refreshments, cleanliness, and any special requirements for the interview process
Hiring Manager & Candidate Support:
Send reminders to hiring managers regarding upcoming interviews and provide necessary support.
Ensure candidates arrive on time for interviews by providing clear instructions and assistance as needed.
Others Support Activities:
Support the Talent Acquisition team with document processing and filing, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and up-to-date
Assist in the onboarding process by providing administrative support to specialists and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Attend Talent Acquisition weekly meetings and take detailed minutes, documenting follow-up actions and decisions
