Ali & Sons Holding, a well-established and diversified company with a presence in various sectors including automotive, oil & gas, and construction, is seeking a motivated and professional Showroom Receptionist to join our team in Al Ain.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to our showroom, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:
Greeting visitors warmly, offering assistance, and answering inquiries.
Providing informational materials, forms, and directions as needed.
Managing visitor flow and wait times, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
Operating copying and duplicating machines.
Answering phone calls, directing calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
Performing light typing duties, such as correspondence, reports, and maintaining records.
Organizing and maintaining files, including job applications and general information materials.
Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the reception area.
Assisting the Brand Manager with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and other administrative tasks.
Covering for senior clerical staff as required.
Escalating any issues encountered to the Brand Manager.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or secretarial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic language proficiency a plus.
Willingness to work in Al Ain is mandatory.
Ability to join the team immediately is preferred.
