Job Description

As an HR Intern at Air Liquide, I am committed to contributing to the organization's success by actively participating in key HR initiatives and learning experiences. Here's how I plan to contribute and grow during my tenure:

Contribution:

  1. HR Operational Excellence:

    • I will assist in creating, analyzing, and summarizing reports from complex data sets, contributing to informed decision-making within the HR function.

    • By learning Air Liquide's ERP system (Navision), I will actively support various HR operational tasks such as generating purchase orders, conducting cost analyses, and managing payments, thus enhancing operational efficiency.

    • I will support ongoing data management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to employee data management.

    • Collaborating with HR colleagues, I will contribute to the creation, revision, and review of HR policies and procedures in alignment with local legislation, fostering a compliant and supportive work environment.

  2. Talent Development:

    • I will actively participate in the end-to-end deployment of technical talent development programs, supporting the annual nomination process and recognition efforts.

    • Contributing to the annual performance appraisal campaign, I will assist in communications, training webinars, data analysis, and providing ad hoc support, facilitating a culture of continuous feedback and development.

    • I will manage the annual Ethics training campaign, ensuring all employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and understanding of ethical practices.

    • Supporting the deployment of new training and development platforms, I will contribute to enhancing learning opportunities for employees, fostering a culture of growth and development.

  3. Employee Engagement:

    • I will plan and execute engagement activities aligned with diversity and inclusion initiatives and propose innovative ideas for office events, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

    • Assisting in the preparation and analysis of Air Liquide's annual My Voice engagement survey, I will gather valuable insights to drive improvements in employee satisfaction and engagement levels.

    • I will actively engage in learning opportunities provided during the internship, expanding my knowledge across core areas of HR management and gaining practical experience in various HR functions.

    • I aim to strengthen my skills in data analysis, presentation creation, and communication, leveraging tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
