Lead / Senior Engineer (Inspection)

About the Role:

• Provide real-time engineering solutions for refinery needs.

• Respond to operational abnormalities and offer engineering support.

• Develop and implement engineering strategies to:

  • Minimize downtime.

  • Maximize productivity.

  • Reduce costs.

  • Increase asset efficiency.

  • Improve process optimization.

• Ensure adherence to Yasref's strategies, operational priorities, safety measures, and technical standards.

• Manage and maintain technical data effectively.

You are a highly skilled and experienced engineer with:

• (Lead Engineer) 10 years or (Senior Engineer) 8 years of relevant experience in a refinery environment (required).

• Strong knowledge of technical studies, documentation, and resolution processes (required).

• Expertise in engineering materials, equipment, and facilities (required).

• A proven track record of process improvement and optimization (required).

• Commitment to safety adherence and upholding technical standards and regulations (required).

• Excellent data management skills (required).

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
