Organization Development Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned professional to ensure that our organization's design supports its structure effectively. This role will be responsible for maintaining organization management systems and processes for job creation, evaluation, grading, and organizational change rules. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee all organization development programs, ensuring compliance with strategies and operational priorities. The successful candidate will plan, schedule, execute, and control organization development activities to support operations and deliver timely and efficient HR solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the organization's design aligns with its structure and operational needs.

• Maintain organization management systems and processes for job creation, evaluation, grading, and organizational change rules.

• Oversee all organization development programs, ensuring alignment with strategies and operational priorities.

• Plan, schedule, execute, and control organization development activities to support operations effectively.

• Provide timely and efficient HR solutions to meet the organization's needs.
