Al-Awtad Company started as an institutional entity in 1992 and then became a joint stock company with a market value exceeding 80 million riyals in 1998. In 2021, Cafani Construction included the National Awtad Construction Company and the Saudi Awtad Company for Electromechanical Works into one company covering an integrated range of building services, general contracting, concrete construction and finishing, in addition to electrical, plumbing and air conditioning works. In addition, Al-Awtad Al-Watania provides professional consulting services in the field of construction, and maintains strong relationships with a wide range of suppliers, manufacturers and contractors specialized in the local and international markets. Al-Awtad Company has carried out high-quality construction and concrete works in the western region during the past thirty years for a large number of distinguished clients, both companies and individuals, as a large number of distinguished commercial buildings were built and equipped in the city of Jeddah, including but not limited to; Commercial Building 7575 on Madinah Road, the well-known Commercial Corniche Tower, Bin Saedan Commercial Center and Mufti Commercial Tower located on Prince Sultan Road, and many other prestigious commercial projects. The company also contributed to the development of real estate, property management, providing the best construction, mechanical and electrical services, and providing infrastructure services for residential projects such as towers, villas and residential complexes, the most prominent of which is the Masharef Villas project in Jeddah.
