🧭 About What We’re Building

We’re building a mission-driven platform for Hajj & Umrah experiences — not just an OTA.

This includes:

• Travel booking system (OTA)
• Owned & operated Umrah trips
• E-commerce layer
• Community-driven experience (Ambassadors & groups)

We already have a partially built React system, but it now needs:
👉 Backend completion
👉 System logic
👉 Full product stabilization

🧠 Who We’re Looking For

Not just a developer.

We’re looking for a lean product builder who can:

• Work within constraints
• Take ownership
• Think in systems, not just tasks

Someone who can help us turn a working frontend into a real product

💰 Budget (Please Read Carefully)

• Starting at $500/month
• Will increase as the platform grows

We understand this is modest.

But this role offers:

• Direct involvement in building a real product

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

🔧 System Development

• Fix and improve existing React codebase
• Build missing backend (APIs, logic, workflows)
• Connect frontend + backend properly
• Improve architecture for scalability

👤 User Systems

• Customer accounts
• Admin dashboard
• Community Ambassador & Advisor dashboards
• Partner access (limited roles)

🛍️ Core Platform (OTA)

• Trip & itinerary system
• End-to-end booking flow
• Availability logic

💳 Payments

• Stripe (or equivalent) integration
• Payment → booking → confirmation flow

🧠 Backend Logic

• User → booking → payment workflows
• Data flow + system reliability
• Error handling

🎯 Rewards System

• Points accumulation
• Redemption logic
• Integration with bookings

🔄 Ongoing Work

• Bug fixes
• Feature updates
• Continuous improvement

• Monthly engagement (not fixed scope)
• Tasks managed via ClickUp
• Clear deadlines
• 2–3 check-ins per week
• Fast, responsive communication
