Homeroom Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Homeroom Teacher to join our team in Kuwait. As a Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students, fostering their intellectual and social development. This role requires a strong commitment to education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

* Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students, ensuring their active participation and understanding.

• Monitor and assess students' academic progress, providing regular feedback and support.

• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, cooperation, and a love for learning.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and events.

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' academic progress and behavior.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Preferred Candidate:

* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• Teaching certification/license.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Homeroom Teacher or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of educational best practices and current teaching methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse students.

• Organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
