Store Keeper

This is a full-time on-site role for a Storekeeper at Shade Corporation Ltd. in Dammam. As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as packing, inventory control, inventory management, unloading, and forklift operation with experience in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a transferable iqama and be currently residing in Saudi Arabia. Immediate availability to start work is required.

Qualifications

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using computerized systems.

• Organize and maintain the warehouse and storage areas for efficient material handling.

• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and stock replenishment.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in handling and storing materials.

• Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory management and control.

• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill material requirements and support project activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and storage areas.

Skills

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia.

• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for materials handling.

• A valid Saudi Arabian driving license is a plus.

• Transferable iqama and immediate availability to start work.
