Data Operations Specialist

• Join our Digital Business & Technology Department as a key member driving data governance and management initiatives.

• You will manage our data products and services portfolio, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to leverage data for efficient business solutions and contribute to regional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and enhance data governance frameworks and management processes.

• Manage data products and services portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across all platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Drive cultural change efforts at the regional level to enhance data-driven decision-making.

• Scale capabilities and industrialize data processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science
- 6+ years of proven experience in data governance frameworks and management, with exposure to consulting or related experience.
- Strong understanding of data flows and integration processes.
- Knowledge of data cataloguing, metadata management, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience in managing data products and services portfolio.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Proficiency in documentation and capitalization of architecture and pipelines.
- Experience with cloud data platforms and services (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS) and with services such as Big Query, Data Fusion, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub would be advantageous.
