The Opportunity:

Segula Technologies is seeking a Commissioning & Maintenance Control System Supervisor to join our growing Energy/Oil & Gas team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and compliant commissioning, startup, and maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems.

• Foster a strong safety culture and provide leadership and support to team members.

• Oversee the closing of any competency gaps within the team.

• Manage commissioning and startup execution activities, adhering to HSE protocols and project documentation.

• Lead and coordinate maintenance operations, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.

• Ensure the efficient movement and allocation of spare parts for maintenance activities.

• Maintain accurate and complete work history records within the CMMS system.

• Identify and recommend improvements to operating and maintenance procedures.

• Collaborate with other teams to anticipate and prevent production issues.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree in a relevant field.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas/Energy sector.

• Proven experience in commissioning and maintenance activities.

• Ability and willingness to work a rotating schedule (75/21) with 10-hour shifts.

Contract Details:

• Location: Onshore Camp Accommodation, Saudi Arabia

• Rotation: 75/21 workweeks

• Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week

• Contract duration: Up to December 2024

• Availability: ASAP
