Influencer Marketing Intern (Contract)

About the Role
We’re a growing agency looking to onboard driven men (no sisters) who want to learn the full influencer marketing process and grow with us. This role is designed for those who don’t just want to “learn to be an employee,” but want to develop independent thinking, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the skills to eventually operate without reliance on us.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers and brands across platforms
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups via email and social channels
• Qualify influencers and brands based on fit, engagement, and potential
• Support negotiations, introductions, and deal coordination
• Track outreach, responses, and deals in an organized system
• Learn end-to-end agency workflows, deal sourcing, and relationship building

Commission & Compensation

• 15% commission for each influencer successfully closed
• 15% commission for each brand successfully closed
• Up to 30% total commission per deal, which is a competitive rate in the industry
• Full training provided. No prior experience required

Time Commitment

• Minimum of 16 hours per week
• Additional hours are encouraged and directly correlate with faster growth and higher earning potential
