Landscape AutoCAD Draftsman

We're seeking a talented Landscape AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team in Al Hamra, Jeddah!

Responsibilities:

• Transform landscape architects' visions into reality by creating detailed and accurate technical drawings.

• Develop technical drawings that clearly communicate the layout, materials, and construction details of landscape features (walkways, patios, water features, plantings).

• Collaborate with landscape architects, engineers, and urban planners to seamlessly integrate landscape designs with overall project plans.

• Utilize AutoCAD software to generate precise and accurate 2D and potentially 3D drawings.

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Landscape AutoCAD Draftsman or similar role (required).

• Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (required).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating 2D and 3D drawings (required).

• Strong understanding of landscape design principles and techniques (required).

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for landscape architecture (a plus).

• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy in drafting (required).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of landscape professionals (required).

• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines (required).

• Adaptability to changing project scopes and prioritizing tasks (required).

• Knowledge of additional design software (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
