Landscape AutoCAD Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Landscape AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team in Al Hamra, Jeddah. As a Landscape AutoCAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans for landscape architecture projects. You will work closely with landscape architects and designers to bring their concepts to life through precise and visually appealing drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design and a proficiency in AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed landscape drawings

• Create technical drawings that convey the layout, materials, and construction details of landscape features such as walkways, patios, water features, and plantings

• Coordinate with other professionals such as civil engineers, architects, and urban planners to integrate landscape designs with overall project plans

• Utilize AutoCAD software to develop accurate and precise drawings.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Landscape AutoCAD Draftsman or similar role.

2. Degree or diploma in landscape architecture, drafting, or a related field.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating 2D and 3D drawings.

4. Strong understanding of landscape design principles and techniques.

5. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to landscape architecture.

6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

7. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with landscape architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.

9. Ability to adapt to changes in project scope and prioritize tasks accordingly.

10. Knowledge of other design software, such as SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
