Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Act as Secretary and leads the weekly Refinery Management Committee (RMC) meeting, including finalizing RMC agenda, presentation slides, minutes of meeting, follow-up actions, including proactive interface with RMC members and Managers on performing these activities effectively.

  • Act as the SASREF's focal point to perform coordination, planning and organizing of the General Assembly and Board of Managers Meetings, and coordination with shareholders including finalizing the agenda, pre-read materials, presentation slides, meetings' logistics, follow-up actions and minutes of meeting.

  • Own and implements the end-to-end company's business planning process including reaffirm company's Vision, Mission and Objectives (VMO); review and update of S.W.O.T. and strategies, develop focus area action plan and corporate KPIs, finalizes Business Plan booklet, engages Shareholders / SASREF Management / focal points on business planning activities and performs presentation to the Audit Committee / Board for approval.

  • Own all external management reporting such as Annual Accountability report, Monthly Management Information System (MIS) Report, Weekly Highlights…etc. Delivers Corporate and Functional action plan and KPIs status performance to external and internal stakeholders on periodic basis.

  • Own the end-to-end continuous improvement process including idea generation, initiatives identification, business case development, benchmarking, execution planning, change management, implementation and monitoring and reporting.

  • Act as the Champion of the Operational Excellence program, proactively and regularly identifies gaps in implementation and works with internal stakeholders to rectify the gaps. Introduce improvement and enhancement to Operational Excellence program in SASREF through learning from industry best practices and Shareholder's.

  • Act as the focal point for global/group level improvement / transformation initiatives, coordinating the activities with internal stakeholders including planning, execution, change management and go-live/ transition.

  • Own the end-to-end ERM process in SASREF including risks' identification, assessment, and mitigations and monitor/evaluate, as well as reporting the enterprise risks to the Refinery Management Committee, Board of Managers and Audit Committee.

  • Own the end-to-end Business Continuity Management (BCM) process in SASREF including regular risk and impact assessment, gap analysis, develop, test and improve business continuity plans (BCPs) and ensures alignment with overall Crisis Management of SASREF.

  • Act as the Secretary to the SASREF BCM Steering Committee, be alert on emergent risks that require activation of business continuity and closely supports SASREF's businesses during a crisis, including on the required business infrastructure and capabilities.

  • Act as Company's focal point to develops and implement an effective Ethics and Regulatory Compliance Program in SASREF including developing the relevant policies/procedures, controls, monitoring, review/audit and improvement.

  • Represent SASREF is interfacing with regulators (e.g. Royal Commission, Saudi Energy Efficiency Council etc) in various activities.

  • Act as the custodian of all Management Committee charters (including RMC's) and ensures update on the charters as and when required to ensure validity.

  • Own the documentation processes in SASREF including archiving and retention/retiring of documentations. Interfaces with functions/departments' heads to timely and accurately prepare and update policies, procedures and workflows based on agreed company's standards, and ensures updates reflected in SASREF's intranet portal.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 12-years relevant experience preferably in oil and gas industry.
