SAP ERP Program Manager

Responsibilities:

* Manage the overall SAP ERP program, including multiple projects, to ensure successful delivery

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables

• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into project plans

• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to SAP ERP implementation

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management

Preferred Candidate:

Arabic Speaking Mandatory

* Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation, with at least 5 years in a program management role

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects on time and within budget

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

• Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts

• Certification in SAP project management is a plus
