Our company is seeking a highly experienced SAP ERP Program Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale SAP ERP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall SAP ERP program, encompassing various projects, to ensure their on-time, on-budget, and successful completion aligned with business needs.

• Partner with stakeholders like senior management, business users, and IT teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Proactively monitor project progress, identify and manage risks and issues, and formulate effective mitigation strategies.

• Motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver on project deliverables.

• Collaborate with business users and IT professionals to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

• Foster clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts pertaining to SAP ERP implementation.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation, with at least 5 years in a program management role (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of core SAP modules, including FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects within budget and on time.

• Experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts (preferred).

• Certification in SAP project management is a plus.

• Arabic fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
