Job Description
Pillars Academy is a private faith based NAEYC accredited early childhood development center located in Mission Viejo. We are looking for a passionate and experienced teacher to add to our team of early childhood professionals.
Applicants who possess the following are eligible to apply:
- Comfortable executing age-appropriate early childhood curriculum
- Experience with teaching Islamic faith-based curriculum
- Experience leading a classroom independently
- Able to interact professionally and positively with parents and fellow staff
- The ability to meet state and/ or accreditation requirements of education and experience
- Flexibility to the hours and work schedule
- Minimum one year experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- 12 units of early childhood education courses required
Compensation based on education and experience: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
