Job Description
The Procurement Engineer/ Buyer will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing materials and equipment, and negotiating contracts to support our projects effectively.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
Eight (8) years of Experience in Project Management, Procurement and Supply activities; Four (4) Years of which in managing materials procurement and tracking activities for a large Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Projects (US $100 million plus). Background on contracts administration is required.
PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field.
