Job Description
PensPen is seeking a highly experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join their team in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.
About the Role:
Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment.
Delegate tasks and provide guidance to junior and senior electrical engineers.
Oversee the design and development of electrical systems for Oil & Gas/Petrochemical onshore projects.
Ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures.
You are a highly skilled engineer with:
A minimum of 14 years of experience, with 10 years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical onshore electrical engineering (required).
Several years of experience in a similar PMC (Project Management Consultancy) role (preferred).
Working knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures (beneficial).
Experience in construction and commissioning phases (beneficial).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel (required).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
