Sr. Inspection Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to lead our Operations Inspection Section. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of daily inspection activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection Leadership: Supervise the activities of the Operations Inspection Section, including planning, coordinating, scheduling, and following up on daily inspection tasks.

• Standards & Procedures: Ensure all company standards are consistently upheld throughout plant operations. Play a recognized role in developing and improving departmental policies, processes, and procedures.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee day-to-day operations to verify that work processes are implemented effectively and adhere to established standards and procedures.

• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with other inspection sections to develop new standards and enhance existing procedures for optimal inspection practices.

• Contractor Management: Supervise and manage specialist contractors responsible for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and other critical inspections.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Extensive Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years of proven success in a supervisory role.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, inspection procedures, and relevant safety regulations.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve set goals.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to foster effective teamwork and interaction with various stakeholders.
